Bizdom Builders is short for Business Kingdom Domination Builders. Yes, that is a mouthful but ultimately that is what we all want when we start a business - freedom to run our own kingdom and dominate our industy!

Bizdom Builders was founded by me, Russ Ward, for multiple reasons. I grew up poor in the suburbs of Pittsburgh, PA. At a very young age I realized there wasn't much hope for attaining a middle class lifestyle, much less achiving anything more, with the resources I had available to me. I remember telling my grandfather I wanted to be rich when I grew up and he would tell me we were not that kind of people. While most of my peers simply accepted their fate, I always had a burning desire within myself to do amazing things with my life.

At the age of 18 I started my first business - a franchise of a residential painting business called Triple 'A' Student Painters. I worked tirelessly to barely make a profit but what I learned that summer was invalulable to me. I realized business ownership was my only chance at having an above average life.

Fast forward many years...

I started, succeeded and failed at multiple businesses along the way. I was sued, had tax liens levied by the IRS, declared bankruptcy and more. Through a series of bad decisions and not having my businesses set up properly, I ultimately lost everything and had to start over from nothing.

Once again, starting a business was my only way out. In 2017 I started Premium Performance Marketing, LLC and branded myself as The Lead King. I finally put it all together and created a successful business that gave me the ability to have plenty of freedom and provide myself and my children with a lifestyle I only dreamed of as a child. For many of us, business ownership was and is the only way out of the life trajectory into which we were born.

My hope and desire is that millions of others will take advantage of this platform and community that I have created to launch and succeed at their own businesses, pursue and accomplish their dreams, and provide themselves and their families with freedom and a life of abundance!
