The Client is responsible for physically setting up the account in person and making the initial deposit.The Company will coach the Client through setting up liability insurance and / or workman's compensation insurance. The Client is responsibile for all insurance payments. The Company will coach the Client through obtaining local and / or state licenses. The Client is responsible for all fees associated with local and / or state licenses. The Company will coach the Client through setting up their local business address. The Client is responsible for paying all fees associated with their address. The Company will set up the local phone number and email services for the Client. The Client is responible for all fees associated with their phone number and email account. The Company will secure and pay for the initial setup of the Client's domain name. The Client is responsible for paying for all future domain name renewals.
